are the exclusive property of XtoPolls and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XtoPolls shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
