For paid polls, we take a percentage of each vote (10-15% depending on the plan). This covers payment processing, SMS notifications, and platform maintenance.
The platform fee covers advanced verification methods (IP, fingerprint, device ID), unlimited categories and nominees, real-time vote counting, custom branding, analytics, and support. Higher tiers include additional features like priority support and custom verification methods.
We use a combination of IP address verification, fingerprint detection, and device ID tracking to ensure each person can only vote once. Our system also detects and blocks suspicious voting patterns.
